We have sourced some amazing products to form a superb meal for this weekend. We promise it will be simple to prepare letting the special products do all the work, but we will include cooking and assembly instructions! 

- Flash-seared cold-smoked albacore tuna from the inimitable Sally Barnes' Woodcock Smokery in west west Cork with a drizzle of honey.

- Fresh Casarecce pasta from Dublin's Rosa Madre restaurant with a spicy 'nduja and sweet pepper sauce, topped with Toonsbridge ricotta and basil.

- Next, Coeur de Berry, a beautiful heart-shaped cheese from the Loire valley with Miller's 'Fire' crackers with a kick!

- For a sweet finish we have shipped in the gorgeous Wally & Whizz Mango-Passion Wine Gums from Denmark.
